Run your clothing campaigns, from the collection to the wearer

Outfitting a company happens by season, not by order. Fitizzy Pro opens the campaign, follows every wearer, keeps size recommendation in place at the moment of ordering, and flags whatever falls outside the ordinary.

What a campaign actually is

A campaign is one client company crossed with one collection, or one trousseau. That pair is what sets the catalogue on offer, the population concerned, and the period during which orders can be placed.

Everything around it is named: the wearers, their site, the kit their role calls for, and the orders they place.

  • One client company and one collection make a campaign, with its own opening and closing date.
  • Every wearer reaches the campaign that concerns them and the kit their role calls for.
  • Size recommendation is built into the order, item by item, without leaving the campaign.
  • Your sales and order-administration teams run the whole thing from the same back office.

How a campaign runs

  1. You create the campaign: the client company, the collection or trousseau, and the opening period.
  2. You declare the wearers, with their site and the kit their role calls for.
  3. Every wearer orders their items, with size recommendation alongside each line.
  4. Your teams follow order progress and reminders from the back office.
  5. The rules flag the cases worth a close look, and returns are handled in Return Manager.

A rules engine, rather than a table to reread

Nobody can reread every order in a campaign that has several thousand wearers. The rules engine compares what the collection offers with what the wearers order, then raises the cases that deserve a human look.

The rules are set per campaign. They describe what you want to be told about, and the decision stays yours.

  • A body shape outside the collection’s size grading, that no size in the catalogue serves properly.
  • A return loop: the same wearer, or the same item, coming back several times over.
  • An order placed so late that a return would no longer be admissible.
  • An alert goes to the team that can act on it, not into a queue nobody reads.

The sectors we equip

  • Workwear and PPE

Workshops, building sites, logistics: regulated kit, sizes that cannot be approximated, and a workforce that keeps changing.

  • Uniforms and corporate wear

Branch networks, transport, front desks: one identical outfit across hundreds of sites, renewed in waves.

  • Hospitality schools

A whole intake to outfit before term starts, with a trousseau per course and families who order only once.

  • Hotels and restaurants

Establishments with seasonal staff, where the campaign has to open quickly and close cleanly.

What is running in production today

Campaigns and their returns are running in production with a professional clothing manufacturer that equips hospitality schools and businesses in the hotel and restaurant trade. Those are real orders, real wearers and real seasons.

The size recommendation that travels with them has more than ten years of service behind it. It was not written for this campaign, it was plugged into it.

At peak periods, the catalogue and the state of the orders are served from a local cache placed in front of the manufacturer’s management system, so that the campaign’s load does not land on their own internal systems.
