Security and personal data protection policy
Fitizzy applies regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
1. Data used by the Fitizzy solution
Fitizzy collects, processes and stores only the personal data strictly necessary for its activity, namely a person’s gender, age, weight and height.
2. Use of the data collected
Fitizzy has appointed a data protection officer, responsible for ensuring that data use and protection regulations are properly followed.
An IT charter governs the security of the data collected and processed: database access is subject to control and authorisation, and a processing register is kept up to date.
Fitizzy maintains the means to put an action plan in place to manage risk: access to data and the associated actions (modification, return, deletion), collection of consent, security of data collected, processed and stored, documentation of these measures, and notification to the CNIL where there is a real risk to privacy.
Fitizzy offers its clients the contractual provisions needed to govern data access, with minimum retention periods by default and anonymisation beyond a given period.
